New knives in production, some with (homegrown) oak handles. This batch are about to have their tangs heated red hot and burned into the handles.

Busy busy in the workshop, this was the first batch of Chisel Twist Pokers ready to be dispatched to their new homes.

On Saturday the first of September, Mark and I presented Project Awesome’s first public event, a talk (with videos of course) at the splendid Electro Magnetic Field festival. The event was livestreamed on YouTube and a archive can be found here:
We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and made some rash promises to return in glory with the full organ and truck in full performance mode!
